Dorothy Fisher Atwood, RG

Dorothy Fisher Atwood, RG, is a hydrogeologist and environmental consultant from Portland, Oregon. She graduated from Stanford University with a Masters degree in Hydrogeology. She was invited as a Hydrogeological Consultant to Perth, Austrailia for several months.

For many years she has advised companies on how to clean up their ground water contamination. More recently, she is advising companies on how to avoid causing the contamination in the first place.

Ms. Atwood and her husband, Tom, have traveled all around the world and have visited most of the countries on all the continents. Among their many hobbies are XC and downhill skiing, and dragonboating (racing paddeling a long boat with a huge dragon head on the front in a team of 16. Their team's name is "Wasabi". In 2002 they participated in the international races in Nottingham, England).
